The Desktop interface of Virtual Doxx provides a full set of document tracking and record management functions, conveniently organized into a set of TABS across the top of the screen:

Logon - secure Logon with encrypted password
News - about product updates and features
Projects - for multiple departments or processes that are managed separately, with user-defined data fields
Data Entry Screens - E-Forms for entering data as single items or batches
Database View - to search the database and view or update the results
Tracking - for scanning barcoded file folders, documents, and pages
File System View - to locate documents on your local disks
Print Preview - to preview documents before printing
Help - Online help
